- The statue products are special customized products, after receiving the goods, the buyer to 7 days no reason or do not like it and other personal reasons for a refund, will not be supported.
- Dimensions of this product: 81 cm(H) x 106 cm(L) x 98(W) cm; Dimensions of the wooden box: 113.5 cm x 105.5 cm x 100 cm To ensure smooth entry of the product, please know the width and depth of the elevator and the door in advance, the minimum width of the door is 85 cm.
- This product will be delivered after assembly and testing. Due to the large size of the product, please inform us of the door width via official LINE before shipment to determine whether the head is to be installed in advance or needs to be installed after arrival at your home.

- The electronic system of this product comes with a 1 year warranty but not the body of the statue, and a 10 year warranty.
- Warranty service does not include the cost of product delivery.
- Please keep the proof of purchase, invoice and other documents; if you cannot provide the proof of purchase, the warranty period will be determined by the product related information such as the key.
- As this is a special order item, the buyer must sign for the item in person. Please check the statue for damage in front of the delivery person. If it is damaged due to transportation, please reject it and return it to us. We will repair or replace it for free. (Please confirm the damage with the delivery person and take a photo to send to customer service. The photos should include the outer box and the damaged product at the time of delivery).
- The statue products are special customized products, do not support 7 days no reason to return or exchange. Please contact us immediately through the official LINE for free repair within 5 days after signing the receipt of the product due to the quality of the product from the factory. If the product is received after 5 days, the buyer has to bear the shipping cost.
- After-sales caused by the buyer's own reasons, we will consult the production department according to the specific information of the product damage, and the buyer shall bear the shipping cost if the product can be repaired free of charge. If it is difficult to repair, we will charge the repair fee and the shipping fee.
- When sending the product back for repair, please pay attention to the packaging and logistics to avoid secondary damage or transportation damage.
